Vacant Seat

I saw you I swear
Sitting just right over there
Alone scribbling a little piece of paper
So fiercely you almost scratch the table..
That pretty face I once recognized
Was full of hater as you cries
Crystal tears dribbling down your cheek
Your sparkling dreamy eyes I couldn't seek..

I sat beside you glaring at your desk
Sighing sourly and deeply inside my chest
You stared at me suddenly so very fury
I shocked I stammered I couldn't scurry
I took your shivering hands and patted your knee

You took it back numbly and walked away from me
I grabbed your shadow I saw you I swear
But you were no longer sitting right over there.
